What’s your cancellation policy?
I understand that sometimes circumstances mean that you may need to alter or cancel your appointment. Unfortunately when appointments are cancelled or altered with little notice I cannot fill the space that I had pre allocated for you. Due to this my cancellation policy is as follows
More than 48 hours notice – No charge
24-48 hours notice- 50% charge of appointment cost
Less than 24 hours notice – Full payment of service.
Will I need a skin test?
Certain treatments do require a skin allergy test approximately 48 hours before the treatment will take place. This applies to any new clients or clients that haven’t visited in 6 months or longer. I always recommend booking in for a colour consultation so we can discuss your ideas and expectations and carry out the Skin Allergy test in one short appointment.
But I've coloured my hair numerous times before; I know I'm not allergic to colour!
Yes this may be the case albeit there is a small chance you may be allergic to an ingredient in the colour brand I use.
It is also very important that I carry out skin tests for my client's safety as well as my own piece of mind.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, and all major credit/debit cards apart from American Express.
Unfortunately I am unable to accept cheques.
